Speaking at the audio launch of Yatchan yesterday, director Vishnuvardhan said the film has got the flavor of his roots. “My roots date back to where I started in the industry- Pattiyal and Arindhum Ariyaamalu. I believe Yatchan has the flavor of it. I really missed Cochin Haneefa sir after the Pattiyal film. But Thami Ramaiah sir has fulfilled his shoes perfectly for a shady character in the film,” said Vishnuvardhan.
Yatchan is Arya’s fifth collaboration with Vishnuvardhan. The film also has Kreshana, Deepa Sannidhi, who plays a pivotal role, and Swati Reddy to its star cast. The album composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja has already received rave reviews from music buffs.
