Yashika Anand alleges casting couch by a popular director

Yashika Anand has revealed that she was also a victim of casting couch in a recent interaction to television channels. “When I went to attend the auditions for a film, he said that I have to sleep with him to bag a role in the movie. I refused and walked out immediately,” she said.

Without calling out names, Yashika said, “He’s a big director. A popular director.. He’s like a father figure to a popular actor in the industry.”

Yashika Anand, who rose to fame through Iruttu Araiyil Murattu Kuthu and later her stint with the second season of Bigg Boss Tamil, was last seen in a brief role in director Anand Shankar’s NOTA.
