Yaan team to reunite soon

Jiiva’s Yaan, after being the development stage for a very long time, is finally gearing up for release soon. Produced by Elred Kumar and directed by cinematographer turned director Ravi K Chandran, the film has Thulasi Nair of Kadal fame playing the lead role opposite Jiiva. Harris Jayaraj’s songs have been getting mixed reviews from music buffs, though ardent fans of Harris have like the album.

The latest buzz is that Ravi K Chandran and Jiiva will join hands once again to be flagged off by a Mumbai based producer. Jiiva is also keen to produce the film under his home banner Super Good Films, we hear. If all goes well, the project will start rolling during the last quarter of this year. Yaan is about how a happy-go-lucky guy goes to Morocco, and gets trapped in a problem and the film also deals with a sensitive human rights issue.
