“Working with Kamal sir was a challenge,” says Madhu Shalini

Madhu Shalini, who plays a brief role in Thoonga Vanam, reveals that it was Priya Anand who recommended her for the role. “People think women actors don’t get along with one another but that is not true. In fact, it was Priya Anand, my close friend, who referred me for this project,” says Madhu Shalini.

“Everyday, working with Kamal sir was a challenge. I felt so immature. He, however, made sure that I gave my best,” says Madhu about her working experience with Kamal Haasan. The film is all set to hit screens for Diwali along with Ajith’s Vedalam.
