Will KGF 2 and RRR lock horns for Pongal 2021?
A section of media has been reporting that Kannada star Yash’s multi-lingual magnum-opus KGF 2 and SS Rajamouli’s most-awaited period action drama RRR might lock horns for the Pongal festival in 2021.
However, in a recent media interaction, Yash has clarified that KGF 2 will not clash with the release date of RRR since the makers of the Junior NTR, Ram Charan film were in touch with the KGF 2 team about the postponement of their project.
“Both the big-budget films are pan-Indian projects and both are distributed by Anil Thadani in the Hindi circuit. So, when RRR was rescheduled to Sankranthi, we were informed well in advance about the change in release date,” said Yash.
