When Suriya got surprised by the love of Kerala fans for Vijay
At the press meet of Masss yesterday, Suriya recalled an interesting visit to Kerala few years back when he came along with Ilayathalapathy Vijay. “It was in 1997 that I came for a shoot along with Vijay in Thiruvananthapuram when I first saw how people here love us. While going back from the shoot in a taxi, I was surprised by how people were happy just to see the hand of Vijay. And, after 17 years, they still hold the same love,” said Suriya.
He again re-iterated that his upcoming release Masss is not a horror-comedy but a family-friendly feel-good film which will entertain audiences. The film is all set for release on May 29th with premiere shows scheduled in few overseas markets on May 28th evening.
