After rumours that Chiyaan Vikram’s Iru Mugan is getting remade in other languages, producer of the film, Thameens Films, confirmed that the remake rights have not been sold to anyone yet.

Directed by Anand Shankar, Iru Mugan starred Chiyaan Vikram and Nayanthara in the lead roles. The film had music composed by Harris Jayaraj and was declared a super-hit at the box-office.
