We are against Lyca; not against Vijay, AR Murugadoss or Kaththi

The 65 pro-Tamil groups which earlier said they will lodge protests in the city if Kaththi gets released by Lyca Productions are at it again. They are of the firm opinion that Subhaskaran Alliraja of Lyca Productions is a close aide of Sri Lankan President  Mahinde Rajapakse and are hell-bent to accept any proof denying the same. Even AR Murugadoss’s talks to Tamil political activists ended in vain in this issue.

“We are not against Vijay or AR Murugadoss or the film per se. We are against the producers. We don’t have any objection if someone takes over the project and releases the film,” say pro-Tamil groups. While the audio launch is scheduled to happen on September 18th, the fringe groups are targeting the event location to lodge their protest, says a reliable source in the know. Will Kaththi change hands or will the team go ahead and deal the protesters with an iron hand? The answer will be known very soon..
