VJ Ramya finally opens up about her marital relationship

After reports doing rounds for the past few weeks that VJ Ramya has decided to separate from her husband, the anchor took on to her official Twitter page yesterday and confirmed the news officially. “Just to put all rumors to rest, yes I have ended my marital relationship on mutual consent. I sincerely request my friends from media/well wishers 2 respect my privacy as this is a sensitive and personal matter involving families. As of now my only focus is work and thank you for the support on that front,” posted Ramya. 

Ramya tied the knot with Chennai-based auditor Aparajith Jayaraman last year. Ramya made her acting debut in Mani Ratnam’s O Kadhal Kanmani in a brief role as Dulquer’s friend and is still active in the TV circuit hosting interesting shows.
