Vivek to play a doctor in Harish Kalyan’s Dharala Prabhu

Veteran comedian Vivek has been roped in to play the role of the doctor in Harish Kalyan’s upcoming venture Dharala Prabhu, an official remake of Vicky Donor. Directed by Krishna Marimuthu, the film is said to retain the flavor of the original while attempting to meet Tamil sensibilities.

Vivek, who recently tasted success with Vellai Pookkal, is now a part of Thalapathy63. The actor will be a value addition to the film, reprising the role played by Annu Kapoor.
