Visionary filmmaker KV Anand succumbs to a cardiac arrest

The man behind the cinematography of films such as Mudhalvan and Sivaji, and also the director of classics such as Ayan and Ko – KV Anand breathed his last during the early hours of Friday morning. The cinematographer-director succumbed to a cardiac arrest, he was 54 years old.

KV Anand began his journey as a journalist, and then went to work as a cinematographer from 1994 before moving to the directorial side. 2019 release Kaappaan is the director’s last film, he was supposed to start work on his next later this year. We wish the family a lot of strength, may his soul rest in peace.
