Pooja Kumar, who plays Kamal Haasan’s wife Nirupama in Vishwaroopam 2, says the film will be an extravagant affair in an interview. “There’s a lot of drama, a lot of action, romance and special effects. It’s going to be a truly extravagant affair because it’s going to be very grand and people are going to be very very excited to see it. Im so proud because I get to do all my underwater action sequences and sort of be there alongside the hero. Im quite excited about it and I think people are going to be pleasantly surprised,” she added.
Kamal Haasan’s Vishwaroopam 2 has been in the post-production stage for a long time now. The actor has already finished his next film Uttama Villain with Ramesh Arvind and is gearing up to commence his next Papanasam, remake of Malayalam superhit Drishyam, with director Jeethu Joseph. There were reports that Uttama Villain will release during the Gandhi Jayanti weekend. Later, Kamal remarked that Uttama Villain release only after Vishwaroopam 2.
She also plays a princess and a modern girl in Uttama Villain. “I play a princess in the period piece and I also play an actress in modern day. So the story kind of goes back and forth. There are three dance sequences and im very excited about them,” she reveals.
