At a recent press meet of Nadigar Sangam, Vishal cleared the air on two burning issues – Simbu’s withdrawal of membership from SIFAA and the allegation that he stopped the DJ from playing Ajith’s Adhaaru Udhaaru song at the after paty of Natchathira Cricket event.
“Nadigar Sangam is not a league club or Andhra club to withdraw membership. One can’t say, ‘I’m quitting. I don’t like the services’. This is Nadigar Sangam. But, I respect Simbu’s opinion. I love Simbu as an actor and as a brother. But, we haven’t done any mistake. Star Cricket event has been conducted fairly,” said Vishal.
“There is no issue between me and Ajith. They even asked me to call him ‘Sir’. I have known Ajith since a long time. We respect everyone’s personal opinion equally. We are not angry on anyone. I totally respect Ajith’s opinion and there is no need for him to give an explanation too. It’s his prerogative,” said Vishal who also lashed out at the callous journalism of Times of India who published the story.
“I love Ajith. I love Vijay. I love Rajinikanth. I love Kamal Haasan. I love actors of Nadigar Sangam,” concluded Vishal.
