Vinay opens up about his film with Saran

Vinay is currently busy shooting for Saran’s film which is tentatively titled Aayirathil Oruvar after the duo’s middling debut outing Modhi Vilayadu. He plays a double role for the first time in his career. The shooting is progressing at a swift pace and the team is looking forward to release the film in October. “The film has an ensemble cast with several twists and turns. Though I play dual roles, the characters aren’t brothers or father-son. Also, there is an intriguing grey shade attached to many characters.”

He also plays a pivotal role in Sundar C’s horror-comedy Aranmanai which has a star-studded cast of Hansika, Lakshmi Rai, Andrea and others. Vinay plays the role of a middle class husband and shares screen space with Hansika and Andrea in the film. He has also signed on the dotted line for cinematographer-turned-directer G. Ramesh’s debut film.
