Vikram Prabhu’s Vellakkara Durai on the verge of completion

Director Ezhil’s Vellakkara Durai is in the final stages of shooting. The team has only eight days of shooting left excluding some patchworks. Starring Vikram Prabhu and Sri Divya in lead roles, Vellakkara Durai is a romantic entertainer, claims the makers. The film has a huge supporting cast in M.S Baskar, Manobala, Soori, John Vijay, Aadukalam Naren, Vaiyapuri, Mahanadhi Shankar, Naan Kadavul Rajendran among others. The story deals about how Vikram Prabhu and Sri Divya tackle their problems and unite together in love.

The film has been shot in Pondicherry, Kodaikanal and Chennai. The makers are eyeing for a release in Decemeber. Produced by Gopuram Films, it has music by D. Imman and lyrics by Vairamuthu and Yugabharathi.
