Shigandi team approaches Vijay Sethupathi and Vishal

Yennamo Nadakkuthu was declared a hit thanks to the twists and turns filled story-line, the film was enjoyed by film buffs. Vinoth Kumar of Triple V Records, writer-director Raja Pandi,  Premji Amaren and Vasanth wanted to keep the ball rolling and announced that they are teaming up for their next. The film is a full-fledged thriller based on an important social issue and has been titled ‘Shigandi’. It will start rolling from August.

“Vijay Vasanth is playing the lead role. However, there is an important character in the film for which we have approached Vijay Sethupathi and Vishal. Nothing has been finalized yet though. We are also in talks with Sri Divya of Varuthapadatha Vaalibar Sangam fame to play the female lead,” says Rajapandi.
