Vijay Sethupathi on the verge of signing the Rajinikanth – Karthik Subbaraj film?

While initial sources had indicated that Karthik Subbaraj had approached Vijay Sethupathi to play the baddie in his next with Superstar Rajinikanth, it now looks like there is more truth than what meets the eye to the story, as Vijay Sethupathi has seemingly given his nod for the film and the team will be making the announcement very soon.

Though sources say that Vijay has already signed the dotted line for the film, it is better we wait for an official confirmation on the same. If at all this takes place, it will definitely be the biggest news of the year. Anirudh has already been brought on board as the film’s music composer.
