Vijay Antony reveals the reason behind Thimiru Pudichavan’s Diwali release
At the press meet of Thimiru Pudichavan which took place yesterday, actor-composer Vijay Antony clarified that he doesn’t have any wrong intentions in releasing the film for Diwali opposite a biggie.
“I am bringing the film to the screens because it is ready. Holding it any longer will affect the lives of the director and the technicians who have worked for this film. My last two films didn’t do well and I have many debts to clear. The plot of the film also circles around the Diwali festival, so we thought it was apt,” said the actor.
Thimiru Pudichavan will hit the screens on the 6th of November. The film has both Vijay Antony and Nivetha Pethuraj playing cops, and talks about juvenile crimes in the society.
