Vijay 61 starts rolling from today!
The much-awaited multi-starrer Vijay 61 starts rolling from today in Chennai. Director Atlee, who is reuniting with Vijay in this flick, has roped in Oscar award-winning composer AR Rahman on board. The film, which marks the 100th project of Sri Thenandal Films, will also be canned in Punjab, US and UK.
The movie features an all-star cast of Samantha, Kajal Aggarwal and Jyothika in the lead roles, apart from Sathyaraj, SJ Suryah, comedians Vadivelu and Sathyan in supporting roles. Cinematographer GK Vishnu, art director Muthuraj, editor Anthony Ruben, stunt master Anal Arasu and screenwriter Vijayendra Prasad of Baahubali fame form the technical crew. Sources say Atlee will shoot the combination scenes between Jyothika and Vijay in the first schedule.
