After Vijay 58, Sridevi set to play stepmom

Fans of diva Sridevi, who made a terrific comeback recently in English Vinglish, have reasons to be happy about as the actress will next be seen playing a stepmom in a Hindi film after she completes shooting for the project with Vijay. Apparently, Sridevi will start shooting for Vijay 58 from November onwards and she will be seen as princess in the film, which will be directed by Chimbudevan.

Sridevi’s producer husband Boney Kapoor says they have been on the lookout for a great character for her ever since her comeback but nothing materialized all these days until now. The team is on the lookout for someone to play Sridevi’s daughter in the film and the regular shooting of this project will start from Jan next year. Sources say that Sridevi has requested the team to find an 18-year old to play her daughter on-screen.

After sharing screen space with Vijay, she’s definitely going to win a lot of hearts. Here’s wishing the best for Sridevi for all her future endeavours.
