Vetrimaaran and producer Rajan heap praise on Trisha’s Paramapadham Vilaiyattu
Trisha’s women-centric film Paramapadham Vilayattu is gearing up to hit screens on February 28th.
“This movie is the best in Trisha’s career and it is going to be the biggest blockbuster in 2020,” said producer K Rajan.
Meanwhile, filmmaker Vetrimaaran heaped praise on the film saying, “Trisha’s bold performance and zippy screenplay makes the film more engaging.”
The sneak peek interspersed with nice visuals invoking the memories of late TN Chief Minister Jayalalitha has received a positive response from netizens.
In a statement, Trisha had earlier said, “Paramapadham Vilayattu is a political thriller and this is the first ever time, I am part of a film that belongs to this genre. I am sure; this will be liked by all kinds of audiences. The film has a mix of thriller, revenge, action, and emotions involving mother and daughter.”
The film is written and directed by K. Thiru Gnanam and is produced by 24HRS production with Amrish composing music. The film has Richard and Nanda playing important roles.
“The twists and turns kept me engaged and on the edge of the seat,” said Viswasam producer Sathya Jyothi TG Thiyagarajan.
“The SFX and RR of a twenty minute sequence without any dialogues is on par with Hollywood standards,” said Maanaadu Producer Suresh Kamatchi.
Director Vijay said, “This film is very special because my father has done a part in it. Happy to see Trisha in such a bold character.”
Actress Jayachitra said, “I have never seen a firm script and content like this before. Director has showcased the game play of snake and ladder in the screenplay.”
