Veteran actor Vinu Chakkaravarthy passes away!

Veteran actor Vinu Chakkaravarthy, who has worked in more than 1000 films, has passed away due to old-age related ailments. Raghava Lawrence’s horror comedy Muni marked his 1000th movie in the industry.

Rajinikanth, who has collaborated with Chakkaravarthy in a bevy of films including the blockbuster Guru Shishiyan, took to Twitter and expressed his condolences to the bereaved family. His last feature film was Dulquer Salmaan’s Vaayai Moodi Pesavum directed by Balaji Mohan.
