Vendhar Movies to release Lingaa in 600 screens in TN

Vendhar Movies has bagged the Tamil Nadu distribution rights of Rajinikanth’s Lingaa except Coimbatore area for an unprecedented amount. The distribution rights for the Coimbatore area have been acquired by a jewellery baron which will be made official soon. Vendhar Movies is planning to release the film in over 600 screens in Tamil Nadu. Rajinikanth’s previous big-budget live-action film Endhiran was released in nearly 550 screens and Lingaa team is looking forward to outdo the numbers.

The film’s running time is revealed to be two hours and fifty four minutes. With the film clearing the censors with a clean U, the box-office collections are certain to bring happy smiles to the distributors and theaters owners next month. Now, the frantic wait starts for Rajinikanth’s birthday to witness superstar on screen!
