Dhanush is about to start the new year with a bang as he starts shooting for his next film Vaathi (SIR) in Hyderabad today. The film directed by Venky Atluri has the star playing a college professor.
Samyukhta Menon plays the female lead in the film, which has music composed by GV Prakash. The film will be Dhanush’s first direct Telugu release, as it is being shot as a direct Telugu film as well apart from the Tamil version.
