Udhayanidhi Stalin files complaint against Kajal Agarwal

Udhayanidhi Stalin has lodged a complaint against Kajal Aggarwal with Tamil Films Producers’ Council for failing to return the advance money he had paid her for Nanbenda. Apparently, when Kajal Aggarwal was signed for Jagadish’s Nanbenda, her rumuneration was fixed by the makers as 1 crore, 40 lakhs and they paid her 40 lakhs in advance, says a source in the know. Later, due to call sheet issues with Kajal Aggarwal, the team signed up Nayanthara for the role.

“Though Kajal Aggarwal is willing to pay the money, her mother, who manages her projects, claims Kajal has lost a biggie in Tollywood with Junior NTR because of the postponement of Nanbenda. So, she considers the money paid by Udhayanidhi is compensated for the losses incurred,” says a bankable source. The problem is likely to be sorted out soon since Udhayanidhi has filed a formal complaint with TFPC.
