Trisha to team up with Dhanush for the first time?

Speculations are rife in tinsel town that Trisha Krishnan will finally star with Dhanush for the first time in his upcoming film with Velraj of Velai Illa Pattathari fame. Though Trisha has shared screen space with a chunk of renowned actors in Tamil cinema including Kamal Haasan, Vijay, Ajith, Vikram, Suriya and Simbu, she has never acted alongside Dhanush in her more-than-a-decade long career. She was supposed to do the role of Taapsee Pannu in Vetrimaaran’s Aadukalam, but backed out of the project for reasons only known to her.

Now, this news has surprised the fans of both of Dhanush and Trisha, who are eagerly waiting to them on screen. It was only few days back Velraj confirmed his film with Dhanush and denied reports that Anandhi of Kayal fame was roped in as heroine. We reported about it here.
