Trisha starts shooting for Kodi

Trisha Krishnan has started shooting for Dhanush’s political drama Kodi from today. The team has been camping in Pollachi for the past two weeks and is expected to shoot majority of the portions there till February end.

Kodi brings Dhanush and Trisha, a long-elusive on-screen combo, together for the first time. Trisha will be seen playing a character with negative shades in the film, which also co-stars Shamlee as one of the female leads. Dhanush essays a dual role of brothers and SA Chandrasekhar will be seen in a pivotal role. Directed by Durai Senthilkumar, the film will have music scored by Santhosh Narayanan.
