Trisha to reprise Kangana’s role in Queen?

Moments after it was announced that the remake rights of Queen were purchased by Thiagarajan for Staar Movies, internet was abuzz with suggestions on who should play reprise Kangana Ranaut’s role in Tamil remake of the film. Nayanthara seemed to be the popular choice of netizens. But Thiagarajan thinks Trisha will do justice to the role perfectly, says a source.

The names of directors that are being discussed in hushed whispers are Radha Mohan of Abhiyum Naanum fame and Ahmed of Endrendrum Punnagai fame. Both share a great rapport with Trisha and another reason is that the petite lass is popular in Tollywood also. She is also set to maker her silver screen debut in Sandalwood opposite Puneeth Rajkumar soon. There’s no official word on Trisha’s choice yet from the makers. Do you think Trisha fits the bill?
