Triple delight for Thala fans on his birthday

Come May 1, Ajith fans have reasons more than one to celebrate. They are already in seventh heaven after it was announced last week that Ajith’s 25 film Amarkalam, a silver jubilee hit, will be released in selected screens all over Tamil Nadu. The digitally restored version of the film will hit the screens on Ajith’s birthday as a treat to his fans.

Thala mania is not confined only to the big screen on May 1 as TV channels like Jaya TV and Sun TV have lined up special premieres of Ajith’s super hit films at the box office. Ajith’s last year Diwali release ‘Arrambam’ will be premiered in Jaya TV and this year’s Pongal release ‘Veeram’ will be premiered in Sun TV. An epic clash of TRPs expected on May 1. It’s Ajith vs Ajith!

If luck has its way, the much-anticipated first look posters of Thala 55 will also see the light of day on May 1. Keep your fingers crossed.
