Tourist Family locks May 1: Sasikumar, Simran starrer set for summer release!
The teaser of Tourist Family could be labelled as one of the most enjoyable and hype-creating teasers for a small film in the recent past, as it completely took everybody by surprise and many immediately started looking for the release date of the film. After finding many enquiries from theatrical distributors and OTT platforms, Tourist Family is now set for a theatrical release on May 1st. Directed by debutant Abishan Jeevinth, Tourist Family stars Sasikumar and Simran as the lead pair, and is a comic entertainer with an emotional core, set in a India-Sri Lanka backdrop.
The film will come alongside Suriya’s Retro which is also having a terrific buzz, and is a big film directed by Karthik Subbaraj. The expectations are getting bigger for this summer, as Tourist Family is looked at as a film which will bring in audiences in large numbers.
