Top 10 Overseas Grossers of 2014: Rajinikanth and Vijay are juxtaposed!

Tamil films have performed really well in overseas markets this year. Interestingly, this year’s top ten overseas grossers include surprise entries including emerging actor Sivakarthikeyan’s Maan Karate and Sundar C’s horror-comedy Aranmanai. While films of A-list actors like Dhanush, Vishal and Suriya occupy a slot each, Vijay and Rajinikanth have dominated the overseas box-office with two films of each placed comfortably in the top four places in the list. Ajith’s sole release this year, Veeram is positioned at fifth place.
