Debutant director Adhik Ravichandran, who is so confident about his feature Trisha Illana Nayanthara, says the film has the boldest-ever climax in Tamil cinema. “So far, I don’t think any director has opted for this sort of climax. One needs guts to end a film like in the way I have! It’s about having confidence on yourself as well as the film,” says Adhik.
“When somebody is hurt and extremely angry or frustrated, it’s normal to use harsh swear words and unparliamentary language. I muted scenes 78 times during the film, but the Censor Board still asked me to cut two kissing scenes,” says Adhik who has accepted the A certificate for the film whole heartedly.
Trisha Illana Nayanthara is set to hit screens on September 17th along with Nayanthara’s Maya and Sivakarthikeyan’s Rajini Murugan.
