Thenandal Films to co-produce Mani Ratnam’s next
Mani Ratnam’s next with Karthi and Sai Pallavi was recently confirmed, with shoot to go on floors in the third quarter of the year. Karthi will be essaying the role of a pilot in this venture, while Sai Pallavi will reprise her real life role of a doctor.
Thenandal Films, who are well known in Kollywood for their long list of releases every month, have come forward to co-produce this project, along with Mani Ratnam’s home banner Madras Talkies. Ravi Varman is expected to crank the camera for this intense romantic tale.
Music for the same will be by AR Rahman, who will compose seven songs all penned by Vairamuthu.
