“The story of Neeya 2 is so unique and it has a lot of new elements”

Speaking at the press meet of Neeya 2, Raai Laxmi said, “I am meeting you all after a long time and it’s been a great experience working with the team of Neeya 2. The story is so unique and it has lots of new elements. The film is a fantasy genre and already I have come across lots of snake based films, which I had to refuse. But this one was quite amazing when Suresh sir narrated me the story.

“When director Suresh sir narrated me the story in Mumbai, he took nearly three hours for the story telling. I was doubtful whether he would be able to bring it visually as promised. He has given so much of dedication into the project and even now I am not able to believe that I am a part of this project. After 10yrs, I am working with Jai after Vamanan. It was really a great experience working with him,” she added.

The film has been already certified U and is expected to hit the screens soon. Also starring Jai and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar in important roles, Neeya 2 is bankrolled by Jumbo Cinemas.
