Religion, Tradition, Emotion, Literate, Teach & Care is what Thalaimuraigal all about. This craft was handled as per the reality and nothing you could see for cinema sake.  Perfectly real and natural!

Sashi Kumar, a doctor who marries a christian girl Stella (Ramya, also a doctor as well) is going out from the Village Kaverikarai since his father, Balu Mahendra is totally against. After 12 years, Sashi is returning the Village after coming to know his father was hospitalized & recovered from stroke. Balu Mahendra is not interested to interact or being connected with Sashi and always avoids him in his ways. Few days later, Sashi’s wife Ramya and their only son, Master Karthik comes Village and how their travel goes together  then is the film’s narration.

Balu Mahendra makes his debut as an actor at the age of 74 and the legend excels in every scene being the creator! Second credit goes to Master Karthik who equally dominates and travels consecutively with Balu Mahendra every frame. Every scene they being together is soulful and pleasant to watch. Ramya, Shashi and Vinodhini has done their job perfectly as required.

Overall, Thalaimuraigal is a natural travel as of our life and makes you to connected with its 105 mins of journey. Slow at pace, no songs, and some other pin points couldn’t be said as negatives, since it is practical and real. A must watch in the limited screens within this week. Do catch up..
