Thala’s item girl for Atharvaa in Irumbu Kuthirai

Akshara Gowda, a model-turned-actress who was last seen in Ajith’s Arrambam will shake her legs for a song in Atharvaa’s Irumbu Kuthirai. The leggy lass made a special appearance in Vishnuvardhan directorial Arrambam and danced to the tunes of Yuvan’s Stylish Thamizhachi. It is worth recalling that Akshara earlier made a brief appearance in Vijay’s Thuppakki also directed by AR Murugadoss.

“Yes, I will appear only in this song in the film. I recently shot for this number and I have opted for steps similar to Katrina’s Chikni Chameli. I have appeared in a couple of different looks in the same song,” confirmed Akshara in a daily today. Produced by AGS and directed by Yuvaraj Bose, Irumbu Kuthirai features Atharvaa and Priya Anand in lead roles. It also has a good supporting cast in Lakshmi Rai, Johnny Tri Nguyen of Ezhaam Arivu fame and Jagan.
