Thaarai Thappattai completed in 130 days

The long-in-the-making Thaarai Thappattai has been finally wrapped up. The film has been extensively shot in and around Thanjavur apart from few important portions which were canned in Chennai. Bala has taken 130 days in total to complete the project.

The movie will enter into the post production phase now. The next big announcement expected from the team is the date of audio launch. Since Thaarai Thappattai marks the 1000th of Maestro Ilaiyaraja, director Bala has huge plans to make this a memorable event for Raja and his die-hard fans. The film stars Sasikumar and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar in important roles.
