TFPC postpones decision to halt new releases
Tamil Film Producers Council has postponed its decision to halt new releases for the betterment of the industry and stakeholders. TFPC earlier announced that new releases in all languages will be stopped across the state from October 23rd.
An emergency meeting was held yesterday and Kalaipuli S Thanu announced that the council is postponing the decision as per the request of distributors’ association and other producers. All unions will be consulted and a new date will be announced later, a press release read.
