“Talks are on with Akshara for Sandakozhi 2,” confirms Lingusamy

Akshara Haasan, who missed to make her Tamil debut in Mani Ratnam’s Kadal, is in talks to play the lead heroine opposite Vishal in Lingusamy’s Sandakozhi 2, the much awaited sequel to the runaway hit Sandakozhi. 

Lingusamy has confirmed that talks are on with the Shamitabh actress and he is on the verge of completing the script work. The film will go on floors as soon as Vishal completes Paayum Puli with director Suseenthiran. Vishal is likely to juggle between Sandakozhi 2 and Pandiraj’s next untitled flick after Paayum Puli is wrapped up.
