Surya teams up with director Pandiraj

Director Pandiraj who wrapped up shooting for Simbu and Nayanthara starrer Idhu Namma Aalu has already moved on to his next film. It will produced by Surya’s newly launched production house 2D Entertainment and Pandiraj’s own banner Pasanga Productions. The pooja for the film was held today and the inaugural shot was clicked by Surya himself.

It is a kids based story like the national award winning Pasanga. A reliable source says Surya plays an important role in the film. Pandiraj earlier told in an interview that he approached Jyothika for a crucial role in the film. Bindhu Madhavi was also present at the occasion and we are inclined to think that she is also part of the film. Other details about the cast and crew are awaited.
