Suriya’s Soorarai Pottru to hit screens on May 1st?
The grapevine in K’town is abuzz with reports that Suriya’s Soorarai Pottru is likely to hit screens on May 1st. However, reliable sources close to the team deny this and maintain that the team has still not finalized any date yet. Earlier, reports suggested that the film would release alongside Thalapathy Vijay’s Master on April 9th.
Directed by Sudha Kongara of Irudhi Suttru fame, Soorarai Pottru is produced by Suriya’s 2D Entertainment and Guneet Monga’s Sikhya Entertainment. The film has music composed by GV Prakash and is based on the life of Air Deccan Founder GR Gopinath.
