Suriya 36 to start rolling from January 2018; confirms Diwali release
Suriya 36 with ace filmmaker Selvaraghavan and actor Suriya will start rolling from January 2018. The movie has been confirmed to hit screens for Diwali 2018.
The official cast and crew of the film will be announced soon. Rakul Preet will play the lead heroine in the movie produced by SR Prabhu’s Dream Warrior Pictures. The team is currently busy with the pre-production work.
Earlier, in a Twitter chat, Selvaraghavan said that he never enjoyed writing so much after Pudhupettai while scripting Suriya 36.
Meanwhile, there are already reports that Thala 58 with director Siva and Ajith is also targeting a Diwali release alongside Thalapathy 62 with director AR Murugadoss and Vijay. However, in all likelihood, one of three films will be postponed.
