Director Suresh Krissna begins his next series

Suresh Krissna, who is best known for his rip-roaring work in Rajinikanth’s Baasha has been staying away from wielding the megaphone for the past three years. His last film Ilaignan starring lyricist turned actor Pa. Vijay with a story penned by Kalaignar M. Karunanidhi received bad response from the audience and movie goers.

Suresh Krissna was never in the Kollywood scene since 2011, but the ace filmmaker has not given up his professional love yet. He is the director of the TV series Mahabharatham which is being telecast in Sun TV and now he has signed another series for the channel Puthuyugam titled ‘Arangetram’ with the title song composed by Deva and lyrics by Pa. Vijay. Will the Baasha director ever make his comeback in Kollywood?
