Sundar C’s next is a Malayalam remake

After the success of Aambala, there were unconfirmed reports that Sundar C might direct Sivakarthikeyan in his next. Later, there was no truth to the reports. Now, it’s said that Sundar C’s next will be the remake of Malayalam film Vellimoonga, where he will reprise the lead role played by Biju Menon in the original.

Interestingly, Sundar C is looking for someone to direct the film. The female lead and other cast are yet to be finalized. The shooting is likely to begin next month.
