Studios were my second home: Kamal Haasan
Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan, who launched the new production facility G Studios owned by Gopalan of Gokulam Group of Companies yesterday, said studios were like his second home.
“Studios were my second home. My heart bled to hear and see the closure of many studios which were the pride of South Indian film Industry. Mr. Gopalan’s service to the film Industry in terms of offering this state of Art studio is “Dharma”. As how Arcot road was popular for studios those days Poonamali high road where G Studios is built will become the hub of Tamil cinema in future. Dedicating a studio is not just commerce and it has a lot to do with passion,” said Kamal Haasan.
