Senior actor YG Mahendran has played an important role in the upcoming STR starrer Maanaadu, which is getting close to the end of its shoot. “Venkat Prabhu’s unique screenplay is going to be another big attraction for Maanaadu, the film will be a turning point in STR’s career. I really liked Silambarasan’s style of improving his character and enhancing his performances onscreen. He also promised that he is ready to do a stage drama with me, once the shoot for the film wraps up,” he said.
SJ Suryah, Kalyani Priyadarshan, Manoj Bharathiraja and others are a part of this time-loop thriller produced by Suresh Kamatchi. The film has music composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja.
