Sivakumar family, Vishal donate to CM’s flood relief fund

As Chennai is limping back to normalcy after receiving the second heaviest monthly rainfall in the past few decades, the relief measures are swifly happening in the city. Actor Sivakumar and his family, long-known for extending helping hands to societal issues, has come forward to contribute to the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister’s flood relief fund by donating an amount of Rs. 25 lakhs to help the distressed victims. Vishal has also reportedly donated a sum of Rs. 10 lakhs for the relief fund.

The cheque was submitted to the Nadigar Sangam, who is expected to collect more funds from celebrities and hand over the final contribution to relief fund soon. It must be noted that Suriya, Karthi and Vishal were one of the first actors in Tamil Nadu to come forward to donate to the CM’s relief fund for the cyclone-hit Andhra Pradesh last year.
