Sivakarthikeyan’s Prince confirms their release for Diwali

The latest announcement coming in from the camp of Sivakarthikeyan’s Prince is that the film has been pushed to the Diwali date from its initially announced date of August 31st. This has been done in order to facilitate space for all the other biggies which are releasing in August.

Already, the month of August is packed with four big films in Cobra, Laththi, Thiruchitrambalam and Viruman. Apart from this, STR’s Venthu Thanithadhu Kaadu is also targeting a date in the same month, so it makes sense that Prince is moving further to Diwali, in order to get itself a better date and more space.

Karthi’s Sardar was the first one to confirm for Diwali release earlier, and now Prince also joining the festival.
