Sila Samayangalil is the 2nd film that I made from my heart: Priyadarshan
Director Priyadarshan has said that Sila Samayangalil is the second film that he has made from his heart. “There are two methods of filmmaking. One is making a film from our brain to showcase the talent in the gallery, and the second is to make a film from our heart for ourselves. After ‘Kanchivaram’, Sila Samayangalil is the second film that I made from my heart,” says Priyadarshan.
Prakash Raj who plays an important role in the film has lauded the effort of Priyadarshan. Calling him a passionate creator, Prakash Raj says, “Priyan deserves the Gloden Globe Awards and much more. World Cinema has now turned their eyes on Tamil film industry and it is because of Sila Samayangalil.”
Sila Samayangalil has entered the final round of selection for the prestigious Golden Globe Awards. The film’s global premiere has been scheduled for the HFPA (Hollywood Foreign Press Association) on October 6th in Los Angeles, California.
