Sibiraj, Varalaxmi’s Sathya certified U/A; to release this month

Sibiraj’s thriller drama Sathya directed by Saithan fame director Pradeep Krishnamoorthy has been certified U/A by the censor board with a run time of 129 minutes. An official remake of Telugu blockbuster Kshanam, the film has Remya Nambeesan playing the role of Sibiraj’s romantic interest.

Also starring Varalaxmi Sarathkumar in the role of a police officer, Sathya is nearing the final stages of post production. Bankrolled by Sibiraj’s home banner Nathambal Film Factory, Sathya also has Anandraj and Sathish in important roles. Sources say the makers are planning to release the movie on August 18th/25th.
